Access to the station from the street was easy with a level approach to the lift to take you down to the platforms.

Access

The access to the station at street level was open plan and well sign posted. A clearly marked lift takes you down to the two platforms. The platforms have electronic displays to show the next trains due and these are supported by audio announcements. Getting on the train with a powerchair was easier than expected with a smooth transition from the platform to the train.Look out for the wheelchair symbol on the train as there's a dedicated wheelchair area with plenty of space. The onboard displays and announcements tell you when you are approaching the next station and its name.

The Docklands Light Railway (DLR) is accessible through out its route. Some stations have lifts from the platforms back to ground level.
