Overview
The Inversnecky Cafe has been a favourite haunt at Aberdeen beachfront for generations, with good reason. The food is good cafe fare. In good weather the outside tables are particularly in demand. It’s great to sit and watch the beach activity and the ships going in and out of the Port of Aberdeen.
Transport & Parking
There are a number of disabled parking bays directly opposite, but they are in demand. On our most recent visit we had to park in the big car park and use the series of ramps to get up to the Beach Esplanade level.
Access
The Inversnecky packs a lot of tables into its floor space. But, with a ramp at the door and some friendly assistance we got seated.
Toilets
As a long established cafe on a limited site, the toilets are not wheelchair friendly.
Staff
We were greeted by the proprietor who ushered is to a table that could accommodate my wheelchair.
