Overview

The Intu Potteries is situated in city centre of Hanley. It has a variety of different shops and restaurants within the shopping centre which have easy access. There are lifts inside which allow access to each level within the shopping centre.

Transport & Parking

We drove to the Intu Potteries, there is a multi-storey car park connected to the shopping centre which has disabled parking spaces on each level. These spaces are located near the entrances of the shopping centre to allow easy access. There are frequent buses which go through the city centre and stop outside the Intu Potteries. There are two bus stops, both situated by entrances of the shopping centre.

Access

There are many different entrances to access the centre, all which accommodate wheelchairs. There are multiple lifts within the shopping centre which allow easy access to the different levels. There is also seating located around each level of the shopping centre which allows an individual to sit and rest if needed.

Toilets

There are disabled toilets which are located on the top level of the shopping centre, there are two lifts to access the top level. The toilets are regularly checked and cleaned and have plenty of space to allow easy access in and out of the toilets. Also there are grab rails inside the toilets.
