Overview

The Distilery is accessible to a wheelchair user, including a toilet and a car park space, with a ramp inside. There is plenty of room to move around. The staff are excellent. Friendly and welcoming. We did the Gin Making experience, and found Carys really good. You can't reach the top of a still in a wheelchair, but Carys was on hand to assist. She was very attentive, without being over fussy - she got the assistance required to a wheelchair user just right.

Transport & Parking

We drove there, and there was one disabled space near the ramp to get in. It could be slightly better marked, and maybe there could be a second or even third disabled spaces added.

Access

Difficult to fault really, Plenty of room inside, plus a large accessible toilet.

Toilets

There is only one unisex toilet, but it is accessible. There is loads of room to move around inside.

Staff

Can't fault them. Carys and Jasmine were friendly, welcoming, informative - excellent !
