Overview

Lunch at the idea cafe was great. Tables are high enough for a wheelchair with plenty of room to menouver around. Food was good as was the coffee (which is free if you have a loyalty card) The toilets are very accessible.

Transport & Parking

Disabled parking is good however to access the bus stops is via a very steep path. We had to go down backward and didn't dare attempting to go up. The alternative was a 10 minute walk and crossing 6 lanes of traffic

Access was great. Very spacious and easy to menouver. Lifts were good

Toilets

Very accessible loos. Lots of grab rails. There was a notice saying the there was changing places loo on the ground floor.

Staff

The staff were alright. I would have appreciated being offered a hand in the cafe so I didn't have push a wheelchair and pull a trolley with our food on it
