Overview
Amazing way to see London. I was so surprised to discover that all the cars are accessible. I thought as we had queued behind another wheelchair user I’d have to wait for the accessible car to come round again but nope! They just pause the car, fold up one, or both, or the seats, and let you wheel on in there. Loads of space for me to turn around in my chair. No issues with my assistance dog traveling with me. Carer issued a free ticket to travel with me. It was amazing. Fully recommend a ride on the cable car in London!
Transport & Parking
I mean... This is the transport so yep, fully accessable. We parked in the ExCel centre which has free disabled parking and is open 24 hours a day.
Access
There is a lift to get up to the boarding area. It was easily able to take 2 wheelchair users and their carers and baggage.

Staff
The staff were amazing. Made sure I was comfortable getting on and off. Showed us how to get to the museum on the other side. Really patient.
