Experience the fun and creativity of a Bibliotherapy session with expert practitioner Julie Walker as part of Disabled Access Day. Suitable for all levels.

Bibliotherapy is the use of poetry, fiction, song lyrics – the written word – to positively enhance mental health and wellbeing. This taster session will help you to understand how bibliotherapy works through experiencing an interactive and enjoyable session facilitated by Julie Walker, bibliotherapist and CEO of Words for Wellbeing.

Coffee/tea and pastries will be served at the start of the event.

The venue also has a Changing Places Toilet (www.changing-places.org).

Free event but booking required. Carers welcome to attend with guests (please book a separate ticket).
