Overview

Premier Inn hub seem to be a new concept and as a very Japanese feel to. It is very modern, sleek and stylish. Complete with a full wet room, this exciting new style with friendly staff was the perfect base to my London visit. Only thing that stopped it from being a full five stars is that the beds cannot be raised therefore I am unable to slide my stand aid under the bed so transfer from wheelchair debate was slightly more difficult.

Transport & Parking

There is not a lot of on street parking however the hotel is about a hundred yards away from King's Cross station so fantastic rail links and on an accessible tube line.

Access

Access is very sleek and smoothed when entering the hotel, there are plentiful lifts to take you to all floors and entry to the room is smooth and simple. The room is small however I was able to negotiate my way around very simply in my power chair. Whilst the room is small, the wet room has plenty of room.

Toilets

The bathroom attached to my room was very well thought through – grab bars in all the right places, plenty of space and it is a full wet room.

Staff

Staff could not be more accommodating or friendly, greeting you with a cheery hello each morning. They were on hand to answer any questions and offer any support.
