Fantastic hotel with a great accessible room

Overview

We stayed in an accessible room and I am a wheelchair user. The bathroom was great and featured a wet room area with a shower that had two heads, a large flat power shower which was fixed and a smaller shower head which was moveable. It had a sturdy drop down shower chair. Lots of handrails around the toilet and shower. Good height sink for a wheelchair user and mirror at the correct height. The room had a pull chord and good space. My wheelchair is 16inch wide and the room was plenty big enough, it was tighter space at the bottom of the bed, as can be seen in the photo we took. Lift up into the reception lobby was a bit sticky and my husband had to fiddle about ensure the top door was shut for the lift to work. The staff were really helpful at all times.
