Transport & Parking

Had no experience of parking ( you are best using public transport in Edinburgh). Hotel is a short push from Edinburgh Haymarket station. Slightly uphill but i managed myself and im not that fit - all easy dropped kerbs. Haymarket station is one stop from Edinburgh Waverley ( which is right in city centre). No trouble at all with 5 min train ride.

Access

Flat entrance from pavement. Staff greet on arrival, and couldnt be more helpful and genuinely nice people.

Toilets

Easy to get round in wheelchair. Toilet a reasonable wheelchair height, lots of handrails. Easy to get under sink.

Staff

This is a new hotel (2018) and the staff were amazing. They seemed genuinely proud of their hotel.

Was looking to stay in City Centre but prices are impossible - then found this, so close to Haymarket, just one train stop away. SO convenient, and a really good actually affordable price. Rooms are small ( which keeps it cheap) but bed easy to get to and wheelchair height to transfer. All touchscreen controls easy to reach from bed, and TV on wall at bottom of bed. I just LOVED this place.
