We found the bank very user friendly , nothing seemed to be any trouble and staff very welcoming and helpful.

Lots of space to move around, all units were accessible and had a chair lift

Staff
Nikki welcomed us. Staff on hand to help out . Willing to let disabled customers be seen at the rear of the bank instead of going upstairs. All staff said hello.
