Overview
Lovely Venue which was unfortunately let down by the access into it. Once inside there is a large permanent ramp allowing access to all facilities inside and the staff went out of their way to do what they could to help.
Transport & Parking
Didn't drive there, went from st johns centre
Access
Once inside it was great and staff were very helpful. Roomy, and very accessible. No large print menus available. The only way in if you have a chair is via the back. There is no signage to indicate that this is where the accessible entrance is and if there hadn't been a Chef standing by the door, I wouldn't have know it was the right door being as there is no sign and no doorbell. They could do with a portable ramp and doorbell at the front or at least at the back and signs on the back door entrance.
Toilets
Good, was situated up a ramp
Staff
very helpful

I would visit again, although I was very disappointed that I couldn't get in the front door as I always feel like i'm being treated differently than the other customers. If they were to get a doorbell and a portable ramp I could easily gain access from the front. I'm not sure I would have even got in if the Chef hadn't been standing in front of the door as I wouldn't have had a clue which was the right door. The road around the back is full of potholes and not very safe. A lovely experience once inside though and very nice meal.
