Overview
Store is split over a few floors and they have tired to make it accessible - would have been nice to have got in to cafe.

Though a bit of a puzzle I like they've tried and that at least you can get around the store mostly!!! Would have been nice for a ramp in to cafe.

Staff throughout store and concessions seemed very aware, polite and helpful. Offering alternative routes/lifts around

Very pleased with staff and general store layout. Doors ( main ones on high street) seemed stuck and the access switch to doors in operational. With a little thought I'm sure cafe could be made accessible.
