Overview
Quite impressed. Big lift up to the room. Decent sized shower. Very friendly staff.
Transport & Parking
A very good drop off point at the front door. The dedicated disabled parking is about a 5 minute walk away. Some people might need assistance with that.
Access
Very good for a wheelchair. Nice flat access and space to manoeuver. Mobile hoists may be hard work on the carpet.
Toilets
A very good size. My shower chair fitted well in the shower but not over the loo. I appreciate however a higher toilet is preferable for many people.

A wonderful warm welcome. Thank you!

There could be some minor improvements made but overall a really good experience. Would love to go back.
