Brief visit for afternoon tea

Overview

This was a visit to see a cruise company 's presentation. Afternoon tea was laid on. I didn't have the opportunity to inspect the whole hotel but everything I saw on the ground floor appeared to be accessible. The staff were helpful and accommodating and the tea was lovely!

Small car park. Didn't notice any disabled spaces but there is a large multi-storey very close by

Access

Ramp up to main door and staff rushed over to see if I needed both doors open. All areas on ground floor seemed to be accessible and there was a lift.
