Overview
This friendly family run hotel was an excellent base for our (I was part of a group) Tyrolean adventure. It had been used by the company before so our Tour Manager knew it. Although not designed for disabled guests, all our needs were met and the language difference wasn't a huge problem.
Transport & Parking
Being in 'the middle of nowhere' (Bolzano is 40 minutes away), you need to arrive and go anywhere by road. But there is a car park outside the hotel - not large but perfectly adequate.
Access
Not brilliant - several tight turn for those in wheelchairs but a good size lift and level access throughout. (Any problems getting into the dining room or bar, and staff were on hand.) Rooms were on the small side but could be managed.
Toilets
Very good - and that includes the ensuite ones.
Staff
Although English was limited, all the staff were cheerful, friendly and accommodating - getting to 'know' us over he week. Ready to help with moving chairs etc, they made our stay enjoyable.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Being part of a group, we had an adapted bus and an itinerary - I would not come here without. This venue though made a superb starting point. Stunning views greeted us and even if the weather was mixed, it didn't really matter!
