Overview
The building is lovely and light as you enter and has level access throughout.
Transport & Parking
There is underground parking which can be paid for monthly if you subscribe to the car park. As it is located in the city centre, parking can be difficult but there are disabled parking spaces on the street opposite the building and pay and display spaces as well. Moorfields station is only a 2-minute walk from Horton House and there are also bus routes within walking distance.
Access
Signage is very clear and the building is easy to navigate. There are three lifts to use throughout the building. These lifts are spacious and don't get too busy, so they are comfortable to use overall.
Toilets
I used the accessible toilets on the fifth floor. The toilets are nice, clean and spacious. The toilet does have a shower but does not have a changing space, so this could be improved.
Staff
Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. You always feel safe and secure when walking around the office.
