Very cramped

Overview
There is no option to contact this restaurant by phone, they want you to book online only. I added a note that although we were three people my husband uses a wheelchair so we would appreciate a roomier table. When we arrived I was horrified to find that they had allocated us a two-person table. The waitress explained that's what they do for three people. I pointed out that I'd requested extra space but this made no difference. Luckily my husband can transfer so he day in one of the fixed seats, I folded his power chair and took the "aisle" seat . If my husband had needed to remain in his chair it would have blocked the whole passage behind us (doubtless breaching fire regulations). The spaces are also really packed in, making it very difficult to negotiate with a power chair. So for reaching the table, having adequate space at the table and listening to customer requirements - poor. They did have an accessible toilet on the ground floor and the food was nice. So it might suit people with other accessibility needs but if you are in a wheelchair you should think twice.
Transport & Parking
Westminster council effectively disregard Blue Badges so there is no chance of parking nearby. We came via the Elizabeth Line (good) and wheeled up Oxford Street (busy!)
Access
There is a larger dining space downstairs in the basement. We sat in the ground floor. Curtains around the door made it harder to get in.
