Disabled Access Day at Homelands Trust Fife
Homelands is hosting an event to promote Disabled Access Day in the Paxton Centre in Lundin Links on Saturday 12th March between 10.30am and 3pm.
There's a talk on #AccessibleFife by Fife Tourism Partnership staff in the morning and a talk on Fatigue Management in the afternoon by Carole Shaw.
Alison Graham is running a Mindfulness workshop and throughout the day there are free complementary therapy taster sessions with Alison, Shona, Frances and Lynora - first come, first served.
For those who are feeling a little more energetic, there's a seated exercise class with Linda Simpson. In the art workshop, participants can paint a welly with volunteers Karen, Heather and Neil to add to Homelands' expanding welly boot garden.
Dave and Kelly will be also consulting with carers and people with disabilities to find out what they'd like to see in the programme for the coming year in the Paxton Centre. All our regulars are welcome to attend too.
