This is very accessible venue The following facilities are available: Disabled Parking, Disabled Toilets , Wheelchair Ramp, Ball Ramps.

Blue badge parking is available.

Access

Very good access. Although there are no automatic doors level access to in and out of building Ramps are available on request. As there is one step to get in and one step to get out of the seating area, (no level access to the bowling isle itself). I was able to use the use the ramps without any prior notice. Although I am not sure how many ramps are available should there be multiple wheelchair users using more than one isle. There is also a ball ramp, so it is not necessary to throw the ball.

Toilets

Disable toilets available. You have to be able to transfer to the toilets as there are no hoists or changing tables.

Staff

The staff are very helpful. One day in particular I went to the bowling alley with a friend who has epilepsy some of the lights were flashing slightly. We informed staff of our difficulty, and the lights were turned off promptly.
