Fine hotel with lots of room.

Overview
Very good accessibility throughout the hotel. Automatically opening wide doors at entrance then reception and large lifts up to a very comfortable, large room. A restaurant (open 7am till night-time) downstairs, with ample space to manouvre to any table. Room service is also available if you don't feel up to going to the restaurant.
Transport & Parking
Is situated on one side of Norwich FC's ground at Carrow Road. There are two car-parks and the one I chose had seven disability parking spaces. It is in the centre of norwich and there are bus stops and a train station nearby.
Access
Plenty of space and nowhere was in any way unsuitable with a scooter. The two lifts were both easily large enough for two scooters at a time. Level flooring everywhere with no steps or even ramps.
Toilets
An accessible toilet by the reception and a large wetroom (with grab rails by the toilet, shower and sinks) in the private room.
Staff
Both receptionists were helpful carrying our baggage and advising us where to visit and the restaurant staff also seemed fine.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
This can get to be an expensive stay (for me anyway). We got rooms for £115 but prices change most days and it can certainly cost a lot more (it would have been £200 that day for anyone that hadn't pre-booked). If Norwich FC are playing at home during your stay you will pay a lot more. It does give a lovely stay though and Norwich city centre is ten minutes away and easy to get to.
