Need to rethink accessibility

Overview
Had booked this hotel for it's location on Central London and its own car park. Had phoned to check about an accessible room with a walk in shower. Turned out room was accessible but shower was over the bath.
Transport & Parking
Underground car park. Only one disabled space and that is normal sized though located next to lift. A 5 minute walk to bus stops and an underground station (Great Portland Street) Hotel could book taxis.
Access
Ramp entrance at front. Automatic doors. Only one lift large enough for a mobility scooter. The accessible room we were offered was large enough to use a wheelchair in. The room had an emergency cord. But the bathroom despite having g grab rails etc had the shower over the bath. When I complained we were moved to a room with a walk in shower. This was an ordinary sized room not suitable fir a wheelchair. I managed but had to leave my scooter in reception to charge. The dining room for breakfast would be a nightmare for a wheelchair user. Tables osely packed in.
Toilets
Don't know. Didn't use any in public areas
Staff
