Overview

The only lift was broken and I was offered an accessible room on the upper floors or non accessible on ground floor As I only have one leg I opted for ground floor for my 3 night stay but could not access the shower as there was step up! How can accessible rooms be built on the upper floors - what happens in a fire Also the food choice for dinner was poor - breakfast was good
