Massive high-street fashion store

Overview
A popular high-street fashion store with numerous shops in Edinburgh alone. This is the largest one in the city, and access is generally quite good.
Transport & Parking
Public transport is excellent around here. Waverley Train Station is just across the road, as are numerous taxi ranks, bus stops and tram stops.
Access
There are wide entry doors with step-free access to H&M. Inside is busy, but in general there is a fair amount of space between clothes racks and displays (except in the small section of the shop that is accessed via the entrance nearest Topshop next door). There is a wheelchair lift between the split level ground floor and then a customer lift between the different floors of the store. There are also escalators to take customers between levels. H&M currently use fabric baskets which are less clumsy to carry around than traditional plastic or metal baskets.
Toilets
I didn't see any toilets during my visit.
Staff
Staff are friendly and seem happy to help. They are always quite busy however!
Anything else you wish to tell us?
This is a great shop for affordable high street fashion, although like most shops along Princes Street it is quite crowded in some places.
