Overview

A beautiful hotel in between the Old Town and the city centre of Stockholm. Fantastic access and very helpful staff!

Transport & Parking

The hotel itself had parking bays and some disabled parking but the main mode of transport I used was the subway and the trains to and from the city. People working in the subway or train stations were very helpful and willing to assist in any way they could.

Access

Wheelchair friendly rooms are available on request. There are a few lifts in the main lobby and the rooms are spacious. The corridors are quite tight in the hotel but managable when empty.

Toilets

Accessible toilets in and out of rooms had handrails, help cords and low down sinks and mirrors to accommodate wheelchair users. They were incredibly spacious and easy to move around in. Wet rooms were also available instead of a shower or bath which, for me, was better.

Staff

Staff did very well to help get a specific room that would accommodate my needs and were available for any more assistance
