Poor Accessible Room for the price!

Overview
I gave it a 3 as I felt the bathroom in particular was not thought out. You'll see from the photos, a wheelchair user may struggle to use the shower.
Transport & Parking
Used Cabcars and they parked out front fine for easy loading. Found the public transport links confusing as unfamiliar with the area
Access
Disabled access around the hotel was fine. Has push button automatic door at the front next to the revolving door so that's nice. Lifts to all floors.
Toilets
Did not check the toilet as I can only use a Changing Places toilet
Staff
The staffs English is very broken and can be difficult to understand, that's the majority of them not just one. A few times trying to work through errors e.g they forgot to put a camp bed in our room for my 6yr old. It took 4hrs to get one.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The beds are very high, my partner found it very difficult to lift me from my chair onto the bed and back. There's no room under the bed for a mobile hoist to fit. There's no way someone who can self transfer would be able to with this bed due to the sheer height! The bathroom again, the shower was impossible for me to use. I hired a shower chair but it wouldn't fit in the space. Which reduced me to wash downs which wasn't very dignified. I expected far better facilities considering they charge £350 min per night.
