Overview

We had stayed here before and despite requesting an accessible room had been given one with a bath (albeit with emergency alarm cords), so when we mentioned that in feedback, they told us they do have rooms with wetroom-style bathrooms. Armed with this knowledge, when this time we were again given a room with a bath, we went back to reception and asked for another room. The staff sorted it out and we got a room with a wetroom bathroom with plenty of grab rails! The main restaurant has rather slow service but Mr Todiwala's has fast service, delicious food and great staff. Automatic doors into the hotel, seats in the lobby, lifts to all floors and perfectly spacious for wheelchairs or scooters.

Pleasant, helpful staff who were not fazed at all by my scooter, which is how it should be.
