Overview

Lovely staff, easy access from the terminal, clean and tidy. Wins stars for being one of the only hotels to offer a twin accessible room, but lost two stars for its lacking accessible bathroom. Room was spacious enough for my wheelchair not to take up most of the floor space, but the bathroom was tiny and I couldn't get my chair in.

Transport & Parking

Took the mono rail from Terminal North, easy to use, level access and runs every few minutes. They even have dedicated wheelchair spots at the front.

Access

I was given a downstairs room so access was easy enough. The room door was a little heavy and hard to use from a wheelchair. Would be easier if there was an auto open.

Toilets

Not great. Toilet was very low down and the floor was highly polished so slidey under foot. The shower was over the bath and although the bath side was low there was no hand rails to help you in and out.

Staff

Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

The alarms in both the bedroom and bathroom were hidden behind objects that made them inaccessible. The bathroom one was behind the toilet roll holder, making me nervous that I'd set it off every time I got toilet roll. The one in the room was at least a 3rd of the way up a wall between the beds and behind the light. Totally impossible to reach.
