Overview
As I was staying overnight I requested a fully accessible room as I have limited mobility and walk with an elbow crutch and my husband is a wheelchair user. The majority of accessible rooms have a bath and the only room with a sort of wet room had no drain. The rooms were a good size but due to the furnishings there was very little space fortunately the wheelchair is a sports chair because had it been any bigger it would not have been able to get in the room
Transport & Parking
There was soon spaces but could do with more
Access
The general access to the hotel was fine, everything is on a level surface on the ground floor. Guests that have to use the upper floors need to use stairs as there is no lift
Toilets
The toilets are far to small in the entrance area
Staff
The staff were fab, they did everything and anything for you. The staff are a great asset to them
