Accessable and friendly hotel

Overview
Absolutely no problems accessing the hotel. There is a lift which is big enough for my manual wheelchair and four people. We were not staying at the hotel so cannot vouch for the rooms but the public areas were certainly accessible.
Transport & Parking
A large multistorey grand arcade carpark is next door.
Access
The dining room and bar area are completely accessible. The staff we came across were helpful and seemed aware Of disability issues.
Toilets
Good accessable toilet with plenty of room .
Staff
All the ones we met were helpful and aware of disability issues.
