Overview
This is a very nice and pleasant Warner Leisure resort worth while visiting, and day visits are welcomed. The restaurants and bars are truly delightful, and it’s pleasure to wander around, on the level overall, with lifts where needed, and an occasional ramp. Spending time here is a pleasure, and drinks and food menus are reasonably priced, and everywhere is nice and clean, and well maintained. The Orangery and Market kitchen Restaurant is delightful, lots of seating, and beautifully maintained, it would be a pleasure to dine at this Warner resort. What we liked is that it’s signed posted very well, which helps you find your way around, but you get used to it very quickly anyway.
Transport & Parking
If on a day visit, the North wing car park is a bit of a walk to get into hotel, but if on a holiday here, then you would park in the South wing car park, and that’s much easier, and on the level as you walk from car into the entrance, passing by lovely garden areas.
Access
Moving around is reasonable, mostly level with occasional ramp, and lifts are available. There’s room for chairs to be placed, even large scooters will cope. There are plenty of signs around the hotel to help you find your way around.
Toilets
The public toilets we saw were ok, a bit small and tight, but wheelchairs will cope easily enough, but a bit of an effort needed if large scooters.
Staff
This is a busy Warner Leisure resort, so staff are concentrating on help rather than chatting, but we were well treated and respected.
