Overview

Overall fully accessible, stopped off in the tearoom for a late lunch, lovely home produce. Staff happy to help and carry anything needed ,be it in the garden centre or to carry food and drink to your table. Plenty of room to manoeuvre and look at things in the shop & garden centre. Wheelchairs provided for those less mobile. The only thing that wasn’t quite right, was the ramp to access tearoom and upper level, was very steep and long

Transport & Parking

A few minutes of the main A75 Euroroute,we travelled by car, plenty of dedicated accessible parking spaces near the entrance.

Access

Ramp access, automatic doors, wheelchairs provided at doors fo those less mobile. All on the flat except for a long spiralling steep ramp up to tearoom, tearoom is quite a walk from the entrance and nowhere to rest.

Toilets

Clean fresh accessible toilets. Plenty of room to manoeuvre , plenty of grabrails. Easy to find, well sign posted. Room for a carer, but no help cord in place

Staff

Very helpful, happy to help locate items, give advice about plants etc, will carry items to your car. Self service tearoom, but staff happy to carry items to a table for you
