Venue Description

Award winning self catering cottages in a quiet rural location close to lovely sandy beaches and Skegness, Chapel St Leonards, Sutton-on-Sea and Mablethorpe. 4 star quality assessed and Mobility Level 1. We have two children with autism and learning difficulties and welcome families with special needs. We have a wheelchair accessible shower with a shower wheelchair and mobile hoist available for guests' use. Accessibility

Single storey cottages all on one level with no steps or slopes. Wheelchair accessible doors. Open plan living area. The Dairy has a wheelchair accessible shower and we have a shower wheelchair and mobile hoist available for guests' use. Grab rails in the shower and by the toilet. Bed risers available on request. The Dairy is assessed as Mobility Level 1.

Toilets

The toilet within the cottage has a grab rail and there is room to turn a wheelchair in the bathroom.

Staff

We are parents of two boys with autism and learning difficulties and look forward to welcoming families with special needs to our cottages. We have run parent support groups in the past and are now registered foster carers.
