Overview

I requested airport assistance (category 2). The staff were really and helped every step of the way. I used a wheelchair through security and the staff took me to the assistance lounge. The staff offered to help me with my luggage at various stages. I also wore my sunflower lanyard during my journey (this raises awareness that I am invisibly disabled) which I think helped. I also noted that there was a changing places toilet. A really great experience and has made my travelling so much easier!
