This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Wheelchair
Overview
While it is not immediately obvious, they do have disabled access. The can have up to 4 wheelchairs in the theatre at any time and you can get a companion in for free. However you do need to phone to book the tickets, this canjot be done online. When you arrive for the event, you will be taken in through the rear entrance where the small lift is. The chair will be removed to accommodate your wheelchair. They have disabled toilets and access all through the floor (theatre, bar, toilets) is easy to get around with a chair, walking aid etc...
Transport & Parking
There are no facilities at the theatre, but they are right in the town centre which has lots of disabled parking nearby.
Access
Access is through a small lift at the rear of the building. You need to ring a bell and wait for staff to guide you through.
Toilets
Disabled toilets are there, you can access them, but the corridor in which they are down is narrow (but a wheel chair or power chair can get down there and into the toilet with some manouvering), sadly the red cord has been cut to nearly 5 feet off the ground.
Staff
Staff are very happy to help and there's always someone around. They made sure I knew where the facilities were and they were very friendly.
