Overview
Access into and around the Galleria was unexpectedly good. It was easy to get alongside the river to enjoy the views of the Thames. A ramp makes access from the riverside to the Galleria's open space easy. There are plenty of places to visit and spots to take a seat and rest awhile. Most of the shops were of the restaurant kind so there's lots of choice. All looked to be accessible from the Galleria but the internal experience might be quite varied.
Transport & Parking
Hay's Galleria is a short distance from London Bridge as well as the riverside walkways on the Southbank.
Access
I approached the Galleria from the London Bridge side. It was easy to wheel in with just a small section of cobbles to wheel over by the arched entrance. Once in the main space it was easy to get around and to go and see the river views.
Toilets
Several of the eateries have accessible loos and there is a good public accessible loo a short distance away near Southwark Court.
Staff
Staff in the various shops were in general helpful.
