Overview

Hatfield station has recently undergone a refurbishment and is more accessible as well as looking a whole lot smarter!

Transport & Parking

The only negative comment I have is the "drop off / pick up" area. We were in hurry as were the other folk being dropped off and it's not that easy for several cars to be there together. Parking is nearby though if needed. And there are lots of buses that serve the station.

Access

Loads better! Good looking ramp (although with fair gradient!) in approach to station. We were going to London so were on platform closest to station. There is a lift going to the footbridge to the other platform that I saw.

Toilets

didnt see if there was one or not.

Staff

Genial! Didn't need any particular help!

Great improvement & will check out if there is a loo next time I use station!
