Overview
Getting into the store was easier than expected. The staff were extremely helpful and the experience a good one. Not to mention the fantastic views.
Transport & Parking
Getting to the store by public transport was fairly easy as buses stop in St. Andrew Square. There's also a tram stop right outside the door. The Square also has some on street parking.
Access
Approaching the store I wasn't too sure if the heavy doors we're going to be that easy to manage as a powerchair user. My fears were soon alleviated as a concierge stepped forward and held the doors open to make getting in easier. After some quick directions he showed me to the lift and explained the way out was forward as it was a double exit lift. He pressed the buttons for me and my exploration began. Getting around the departments was easy with level access and plenty of space to wheel around. On making a purchase I found the counter a little high but the card machine was moveable.
Toilets
I didn't use the accessible toilets but had a quick look to see what they're like. The one I saw was on the fourth floor and adjacent to the restaurant. It was spacious, well appointed and spotless.
Staff
The staff were excellent. From the concierge helping with the door and lift through to the sales team. I was offered assistance to help choosing and trying on the items I was interested in - the fitting rooms may not suit all wheelchair users. At the counter, staff packed my purchases and offered to place them in my chair's back pack. I took time out to look at the restaurant and the magnificent views; again staff were welcoming and happy to help.

What I thought might be a tricky store to get in and get around turned out to be a superb experience. Made all the better by the excellent customer service.
