Overview
The pub is accessible if you're driving to the door. If you're travelling from another part of Ashton Moss (we were coming from the Bella Italia and crossed at the round about) there was no dropped curbs this way. Whilst there is a wheelchair ramp, a very large heavy sign advertising the restaurant had been put in front of the ramp blocking it. Luckily I had someone with me who was able to drag this out of the way but had I been on my own, I would not have been able to get inside.
Transport & Parking
There is a car park outside the entrance which was not particularly busy however we visiting during the afternoon, midweek. There is a tram stop behind the cinema however I haven't tried to use this.
Access
As mentioned above, there is a permanent wheelchair ramp however this had been blocked by staff. If you are driving there, there is a lowered curb from the car park but not if you are coming from outside the carpark. The doorway as wide enough and I was able to access the pub side of the building without issue. We didn't stay to eat but the restaurant side of the building seemed to be step free access from what I could see.
Toilets
I didn't use the toilets so can't comment.
Staff
The member of staff I spoke to briefly was pleasant enough but had not been considerate regarding access.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
It was ok and I didn't have any major issues however I have preferred other places around Ashton Moss which were nicer and easier to get in. The restaurant didn't have good reviews on TripAdvisor therefore we chose to eat elsewhere and come here for a drink only for a change of scenery.
