Overview
Numerous things to do throughout the day/evening/night!
Transport & Parking
There are multiple car parks located all over the town centre making it easy to park wherever suits. All car parks have disabled parking facilities which are clearly signposted. If someone was looking to access the town centre via public transport this would defiantly be possible. There are regular busses and trains that come into the town centre, both with accessible facilities.
Access
Located around the town centre were maps of where you are in relation to different shops, bars and restaurants. There were ramps located around the town centre were steps were present making it accessible to all. On our visit there was nothing we didn't get to visit because of access difficulties. Around the town centre there were so many different places to sit down and have a rest if it was needed, not forgetting some with a fantastic view!
Toilets
Around the entire town centre there were different accessible toilets dotted around. These include: Valley Gardens, Jubilee car park (24 hours) and Harrogate bus station
Staff
We went in to a variety of shops including the body shop, lush, Primark, poundland and sports direct. All of the staff were friendly and polite- we even got some free gifts!
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Dotted round the town centre were a couple of cobbled roads, there are alternative routs although sometimes they are longer.
