Overview
This only gets three stars because it is so crowded that it is difficult to enjoy, particular if you have mobility problems. However, the whole store is accessible and the staff are generous with their time and their assistance in finding lifts, toilets, cafés etc. It's a fun place to visit, but the whole world thinks so too and the sheer numbers of people just visiting for the experience of it can be a problem. We found the ice-cream parlour (first floor) to be too frantic but the chocolate café (second floor) is calmer and unique. Bring your credit card!
Transport & Parking
Lots of buses go past, Knightsbridge Underground Station is close by (though I don't know if that has lifts or not). I don't know about parking
Access
Lifts to all the floors. Signage not great but staff very helpful and good store guide too.
Toilets
Easy to find on the store guide and by asking the many staff standing around
Staff
Courteous and helpful - each and very one. They will take you to the lifts, loo etc if they think it's difficult for you to find your way.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Shame that it is so crowded - otherwise it would be a magically easy place to visit
