Vegan food in Leith

Overview
For a small venue in a cobbled area of Leith, I was pleasantly surprised by Harmonium's disabled access! The vegan restaurant has an impressively large and varied menu, and the atmosphere is perfect for after-work drinks or a catch up with friends.
Transport & Parking
There is a handy bus stop just outside the restaurant which has frequent busses into town. There is on-street parking in the surrounding streets, although watch out for cobblestones! Nearby Newkirkgate shopping centre has a large outdoor car park, under five minutes walk from the restaurant.
Access
There is step-free access into the restaurant through a set of double doors which were propped open with hooks for us as we entered. Staff saw us coming straight away thanks to the glass windows in the doors. Once inside, the tables are well spaced apart and the floors smooth and wooden. We were shown to our large table at the back of the restaurant which was accessed via a long ramp. Some fixed bench seating, but mostly movable furniture which was helpful for us and our large party!
Toilets
There is a good-sized accessible loo tucked out of the way of furniture or customers. It wasn't clearly signposted, but we spotted it right away at the top of the ramp as we had to pass it on the way to our table. It took me a while to realise that this was not the only toilet in the restaurant and that there were more downstairs. The accessible loo does double up as a baby change which reduces some of the space, particularly as a second large bin has been placed in the toilet transfer space.
Staff
Couldn't have been more helpful, especially with helping us to rearrange furniture to create a space that suited our requirements.

Great place to go for vegan food or just a drink with friends in Leith.
