Overview
This was my first outing in a power wheelchair and was delighted with Hilton. Since our stay there, we have used other hotels who claim to be accessible and have been disappointed. Hampton room was spacious as was the bathroom and overall the accommodation was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant served up a reasonable menu in the evening and breakfast was good. We would definitely return.
Transport & Parking
We travelled by train. we used shopmobility who delivered and collected my power chair.
Access
Disabled ramp at front door was fine for me but might be a tight fit for a scooter.
Toilets
Didn't use any other loo except the one in our room.
Staff
All staff very helpful.
