Overview
A cheery welcome and helpful staff.
Transport & Parking
Dedicated blue badge bays near the front door. A little more tricky by public transport although there is a bus stop around 100m away but not frequent buses.
Access
Access was pretty good as the doors were wide enough to easily wheel in and one set were automated with push button pads. Once inside there was ample space to get around and see most things. There was a mezzanine level displaying bicycles - this wasn't accessible.
Toilets
Not applicable but the nearby (100m) McDonalds did have an accessible loo.
Staff
Staff were superb. A cheery welcome, help to find what I needed, easy checkout and help opening the doors.
