Overview
I paid a visit to Gretna Gateway Outlet Village during a festive break to visit family and I have to say I was rather disappointed, I used to live close by to this place when growing up and I used to visit it regularly. It would seem as it has expanded over the years the thought for access within the stores has gone out of the window. Whilst the place itself is rather accessible it’s relatively flat and well laid out from the outside, but once inside stores navigating them is an absolute nightmare as rails and units of goods are so close together, it makes it impossible for anyone with wheelchairs or mobility aids to get through each store. Some of the stores have items so high up on shelves they are nigh impossible to reach. Staff in some stores were difficult to identify from a ‘’general shopper’’ due to lack of uniform or ID Badge on show. Whilst there are some good stores that you may wish to visit, there are far more accessible shopping centres elsewhere with the same stores available.

Can’t comment as didn’t use the bathroom facilities.
Staff
Some of the staff members were hard to identify because of lack of uniform or ID Badge they just blended in with general shopping personnel.
