Modern day plant shopping

Overview
This newly opened place is bursting full of plants and regularly has queues out the door.
Transport & Parking
Near bus stops on Buccleuch Street (number 41 and 42) and South Clerk Street. There is some street parking in surrounding streets which is a mix of permit holders only and pay and display Monday to Saturday. I'm not sure if there are any spaces for blue badge holders.
Access
There are no steps to enter the shop, just a slight ramped entrance. It is flat moving around the store. The shop is well stocked but it does mean that the aisles are quite narrow with some tight corners. The plants are laid out at all highs. Some may be out of reach but staff would be able to help you get the one you want. They have a QR code for accessing the care guide on their website. The shop is dog friendly. I think they offer a local delivery service if you are not able to take the plants away with you.
Toilets
No toilets at this shop.
Staff
Staff seemed to be knowledgeable so could help you find a suitable plant and how to look after it. They also seemed happy to help.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Staff wore masks and visitors were asked to wear masks too. There is currently a maximum capacity of 6 people in the store and a one way route in operation. This helps with social distancing and navigating the narrow route. There is hand sanitiser by the door where you walk in. You do have to queue outside, which is not great in bad weather.
