A disabled parking space at door but on a public Street so may not be available, 2 disabled bays further down the street right next to bus stops where wheelchair accessible buses stop. Pavement uneven, making it difficult for self propelling wheelchair users

Access

Ramp and railings. Doors quite stiff to access premises, but staff usually come and help if necessary there is a sticker at entrance to premises to advise they are wheelchair friendly

Toilets

Sliding doors, ? toilet well signposted and next to reception area. Roomy and plenty grabrails although dropdown rail at one side seems to be missing

Staff

Friendly and helpful. Go our of their way to assist where necessary

Premises all on one level. Plenty of room to get chair next to treatment chair for transferring. Dentist will examine in chair, but need to be able to transfer into the dentist chair for treatments. Dentist chairheight adjustable and the handles move to enable transfers using a transfer board
