Best Hotel in Yorkshire?

Overview
Our 1st Christmas visit to this wonderful hotel with it's 3 restaurants. Rooms 29 or 30 are the accessible ones both with excellent bathrooms. Probably the best I have been in. I have spent some time in the room alone whilst my husband has been out during the day here and the Staff including the cleaning team are really helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
Transport & Parking
Parking is possible within 5 metres of the front door provided you notify them of this requirement in advance. The doormen are very helpful and I felt safe being wheeled in to the Hotel and then up to our room.
Access
The access throughout the Hotel in my wheelchair is very good. Including to the Spa, Gym, Bar and all restaurants. There is a lift up to the rooms which is a good size. The vast majority of the Gardens are also accessible as is the gift shop whic h does have a small step.
Toilets
The disabled WC in the main hotel is about 30 metres from Fletchers and about 5 from Shaun Rankins Restaurant. The grab rails are sufficient and there is enough room to turn around. It has always been clean & tidy
Staff
All the Staff we encountered during the week were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
