Venue Description

Grange Farm Park is a privately owned, award-winning, family-run holiday park, established 40 years ago as a farmhouse B&B. The park has gradually expanded to keep in-line with tourism trends; now offering Glamping Pods, Luxury Lodges, Caravans, Cottages and Premium Suites (most accommodations come with a private hot tub); and the very popular Stables Bar & Restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating including the BBQ Hut and Tipi. Excellent facilities include a play area, pedal go-karts, climbing frames, well-stocked fishing lakes, laundrette, and beautiful gardens and grounds. We bring a much-needed, award-winning, high-quality tourist destination to the East Coast helping to put both Mablethorpe and Alford back on the map with our ‘hidden gem’.

Accessibility

Ash Cottage is a quaint 2 bedroom bungalow located to the left of the courtyard. This cottage can be accessed through courtyard through French doors, or via a backentrance which allows for ground floor access and convenient parking outside the door. As you walk into the cottage, you will be met with a spacious open plan living and kitchen area, which is set out perfectly to create a real family atmosphere. The fully fitted kitchen is spacious and well equipped with high quality appliances including dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and everything you will need to feel at home, looking out over a solid oak dining table and living area. Ash cottage has two en-suite bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Contains a comfortable king-size bed in a spacious bedroom, along with a full en-suite bathroom which has a full size bath, wc and basin. Bedroom2: Contains a set of twin beds with an en-suite wet-room with grab rails making it perfectly accessible for those with mobility issues. The wet room is made up of a power-shower, wc and basin. As you exit the cottage you will see that the laundry room is located in the middle of the courtyard, perfect for those staying for a long period of time or even those here for a short break and want to escape all of the washing when they get home! This cottage is dog friendly, so that no member of the family has to miss out on a relaxing break in the countryside. Freshly laundered bedding, and fluffy towels are provided.
