Overview

I went here after reading the previous review. I can confirm that it is fully accessible with an accessible loo downstairs. The only reason I am giving four and not five stars is that the door into the cafe is very heavy. I couldn;t open it and many non-disabled customers were struggling. One of the staff opened it for me but they seemed short-staffed when I was there - 1.00 - 2.00 - so others just had to struggle. If you order one of the lunch specials and it takes more than fifteen minutes to arrive you get a voucher for a free lunch. It took 35 minutes for our food to come so we got vouchers. The food was lovely. My friend had the regular veggie burger and I had Jack-in-a-bun and we both liked what we had. The lunch specials come with fries or salad or slaw but mine had no extras. Still worth it.

Transport & Parking

I didn't need a parking space. The venue has no car park but there are car parks close by.

Access

Toilets

Bog standard. LOL! No changing mat. Needs a radar key. I had my own but they probably have one available. It was right at the back and there is space for a carer.

Staff

I think the manager served us and he was very good. The other staff seemed pleasant. \i think there just weren't enough of them.

They should definitely do something about that door!
